Refund / Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us at Travacco. This policy explains the terms of subscription and service refunds or cancellations.

1. Service Cancellation

   A user may cancel their subscription within 24 hours after payment. After this period, the service is considered active and non-refundable.

2. Refund Terms
   • If a technical error prevents the service from being provided, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days to the same card.
   • Once the service is successfully delivered, payments are non-refundable.
   • Refunds are processed only through the same payment method.
